Meet the Founders
Hannah Simms, APRN-C
Founder + Lead Practitioner
Hannah Simms is a highly respected board certified Nurse Practitioner with over seven years of experience in the medical industry. As a Cincinnati native, Hannah completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Northern Kentucky University and graduated from the University of Cincinnati as a Nurse Practitioner and has worked in medical aesthetics since. Prior to founding Thrive Med Spa, Hannah worked as a nurse in pharmaceutical research and critical care. Her ambitions lie in preventative skin health, and natural cosmetic results–no matter where clients are in their wellness journey. Hannah is an expert in facial balancing treatments, using dermal fillers, biostimulators, and neuromodulators, to create a rejuvenated and enhanced overall appearance. Hannah’s confident and approachable style make all of her clients feel cared for in a relaxed atmosphere. Outside of the office, you can catch Hannah spending time with family, reading a good book, and exploring national parks. Hannah is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and American Med Spa Association.

Founder + Practice Manager
Hope is a seasoned medical office manager with over eight years of office management experience. Born and raised in Milford, Ohio, she graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Administration. She is passionate about connecting with others on a personal level, meeting their needs and helping them achieve their dreams. Her warm personality and contagious smile make clients feel at ease and welcome. In her free time, she enjoys working on her hobby farm, riding horses and walking with her dogs. She is a member of the American Med Spa Association.
